Bad service

Attached is a picture from a supposedly left in a secure place delivery of my item. This is unsecured entrance to a multi tenanted block of flats in a south London estate. This was not delivered to my actual address but the downstairs main unsecured entrance. I know that the delivery person did not make it up to my property as I have a ring doorbell and it did not record someone arriving. Nor did they tell us when they rang the intercom that they would be leaving my parcel in the main entrance. This is no way to treat people’s property that they have bought and paid for. Also delivering at 10:30 at night is not really appropriate. I know you may not care you got paid for your terrible delivery and probably won’t even answer my email! Oh, the empty package was found by the dumpster the morning after the delivery. Fantastic job PDN!!
